Little Blossom Yoga was created by Natalie; mother, qualified and experienced yoga teacher, primary school teacher and Key Stage 1 leader - with a wealth of experience of teaching yoga to adults and children, in and out of school settings.

Yoga has helped me in so many ways on my journey to motherhood - and I am passionate about supporting women as they transition into becoming a mummy, through Yoga for Pregnancy and Post-Natal recovery classes as well as through teaching Baby, Toddler & Children's Yoga sessions.

Achieving an MA in Education from University of Winchester through my school-based research into the positive benefits of teaching children's yoga in Mainstream/SEN primary schools; 'Little Blossom Yoga' was formed through the culmination of knowledge, enthusiasm and eagerness to spread the healing powers of yoga as a Children's Yoga Specialist, from the womb, right through into adulthood!

Using the skills gained through extensive training and professional development with Unity Yoga (200 hours Yoga Teacher Training), Jill Jones, Birthlight (Pregnancy, Toddler & Pregnancy Yoga Training), Rainbow Kids Yoga (Children & Teenagers) and also through 1:1 teaching experience; I draw upon key principles of yoga as well as developing original ideas to engage and inspire each Little Blossom Yogi and their grown-up's imagination.

Pregnancy, Post-Natal classes and Parent and Children's Seasonal Toddler and Baby Yoga Workshops strive to create a nurturing, caring and creative environment so you and your little ones can explore and imagine, learning the benefits of new movements, mindfulness & massage, learning new or regaining your previously held yoga skills together in a respectful, harmonious and compassionate environment.  It is my belief that yoga is inherently inclusive and should be enjoyed by all; everybody should be able to benefit from yoga regardless of age, race, gender or income.

Meet our teachers:

Jo is a qualified primary school teacher and SENDCo - after completing her Rainbow Kids training she began teaching yoga in schools. she saw first-hand particularly with children in SEN schools how yoga can radically improve children's resilience and self-esteem.

She has a gift for making other people feel empowered and in control.

An inclusive and all-round wonderful teacher!

Kim qualified to teach yoga in India in 2012 - whilst continuing her travels in India, Thailand and Vietnam. Later, she then went on to learn Ashtanga and Vinyasa which makes her truly dynamic and an overall authentic teacher.

She has such a positive energy and has witnessed first-hand the benefits of the asanas and pranayama elements of yoga on her overall health and wellbeing.

An awesome and truly inspiring teacher!
