Relax, reset, refresh, renew and unwind with me whilst learning a delicious flow of postures (Asanas). I will teach you the fundamental basics in a friendly and welcoming environment.
Emphasis in my classes is on breathing techniques (Pranayama) to help relieve symptoms of stress and anxiety and carefully guided relaxation sessions to bring your body and mind into a blissful, worry-free state.
Bring your own bolster and a blanket if you would prefer, although spares are always available.
Wear comfy, loose clothing and bring a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated.
